Jury seated in deadly day care crash trial
Trial of Robert Corchado to begin Thursday

A jury has been seated in the trial of a man accused of causing a deadly day care crash in Orange County.
The jury for the trial of Robert Corchado was picked Tuesday night, but because the defense counsel has another trial Wednesday, opening statements are not expected to begin until 9 a.m. Thursday.
Corchado is accused of hitting a Toyota Solara, causing it to crash into a KinderCare Child Day Care Center, and then leaving the scene in April.
The crash killed a 4-year-old girl and injured more than a dozen others.
