Thank you, Arlene Reiss for complaining about Toyota's safety flaws!

Even after the Sudden Unintended Acceleration problem killed 89 people, Toyota still seems to remain unresponsive to consumer complaints.

Problem Description

  • Problem Description:
Prius C: The head lights are a serious safety concern. The lights are angled downward and visibility is extremely limited at night. On poorly lit roads use of high beams is required to see pedestrians or animals and on poorly lit freeways the white lane dividers can barely be seen. I've reported this to Toyota, but have not received a satisfactory response. Lives are at risk!
