Save a life

Adoption information available on links.
Thinking about a furry family member? Think about adopting from a shelter and saving a life.

For the Love of All Animals and Urgent Part 2 - Urgent Death Row Dogs shared Urgent Part 2 - Urgent Death Row Dogs's photo.
TO BE DESTROYED -03/03/13
Manhattan Center

My name is MORGAN. My Animal ID # is...
MORGAN - A0958145, Manhattan ACC ۩۞۩►
Morgan wound up in MACC after he was shot with a dart, brought to a frightening medical lab and woke up with the world's worst hangover only to see some stranger trying to shave his rump before stuffing him in a cage. He's terrified and responding to a strange situation where he feels threatened. Talk about misunderstood! Don't let Morgan die because this is the context used to decide his fate. He deserves to be loved as a member of the family and not treated as an object whose life has no value. Save his life tonight. Click on his pic to find out how. Please hurry. ~

Adopting a Dog From The “To Be Destroyed” Album: If you decide to adopt a dog that is on the “To Be Destroyed” list, you must act fast. Any dog on the list, can be destroyed the following morning. We try to post the list every night by 6PM. You then have 2 hours to call the shelter and advise of your intentions. After... 8, you must either have a rescue call, and place a hold, or YOU MUST CALL THE SHELTER THE NEXT MORNING BEFORE 8AM! Do not wait because I guarantee that the shelter will not wait either. Euth's begin at 6am. Call early! When calling the shelters, you will get a recording. Do not leave a message! They do not check those machines!! Hit 0 at the end of each message cycle and, eventually, someone will pick up. It may take 30 minutes, but they will answer. Do not give up, a life is depending on you!For more information on HOW TO ADOPT, please go to: https://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=405703306122877 For more information on fostering a dog, please contact your local rescue.LIST OF RESCUE WHO CAN PULL FROM NYCACC: http://www.urgentdeathrowdogs.org/how-you-can-help/how-togroup1/adopt.html ***RATINGS***GREEN animals are those animals who were relaxed, easy to handle, and who showed no concerning behavior during the exam.BLUE animals are those animals who were tense and nervous but mostly still and relatively easy to handle during the exam.YELLOW animals are those animals who were nervous, actively resisted examination, and required the use of restraint equipment or techniques, but did not exhibit aggressive behaviors during the exam.ORANGE animals are those who required the use of restraint techniques and/or equipment and did exhibited some "aggressive" behaviors during the exam. Urgent Part 2 - Urgent Death Row Dogs added 3 new photos to the album URGENT - Brooklyn - Staten Island.
With all of those adoptions today, we made some room for these cuties. A volunteer pulled them from a shelter today. We will have more info and photos about them first thing tomorrow.
