Orphan Annie Rescue shared a photo.
We first met Ruby back in October 2012. She was living on a chain in a backyard in Atlanta. She also had a litter of puppies that she was living outside with. Her owners didn't want to deal with the puppies. We took Ruby and her litter in. The plan was to spay Ruby and return her to her owners, once the puppies were weaned and they had an option besides chaining her. Just a few short weeks later, they called to say the no longer wanted Ruby. She has been in foster homes for the past 8 months, and would really like a forever home. She is good with other dogs, housetrained and very sweet. She is an almost 2 year old Shiba/Inu Shepherd mix.

Puttons is 5 years old, weighs 23 pounds, and needs a few kinds of help tonight. First of all, this neutered house pet needs someone to step up for him and give him a home, because the ACC have decided that they've had their fill of him. Puttons has been in their "care" since May 21st and although he came in as a stray, someone has clearly been feeding him. A lot. That same person also allowed mats to build up along his back, mats that Puttons couldn't take care of because...well, he is not the most flexible guy in the world, at his current weight. Puttons would just love to have a new home with an owner who actually gives a damn about him. Let's line that up for him tonight.
