The Congressional Black Caucus organized a protest on the House floor against the revised Farm Bill, which did not include food stamp and nutrition provisions traditionally in a farm bill. Members lined up on the House floor to make unanimous consent requests in opposition to the bill. Republicans tried to limit the length of those requests.
