Our new poll shows that MA-5 congressional candidate Katherine Clark's support for expanded government wiretapping is deeply unpopular with Massachusetts voters.

Meanwhile, Carl Sciortino is from the Elizabeth Warren wing of the Democratic Party -- he's surging in every recent poll and could win a seat in Congress in just 6 days.

Carl Sciortino supports holding Wall Street accountable, taxing the rich, making college affordable, overturning Citizens United, protecting privacy, and expanding Social Security.

The first bill he sponsored as a state representative was the "Buffer Zone" bill to protect women's privacy around abortion clinics, which was passed into law and is now going to the Supreme Court.
And he was the first candidate to come out in support of the federal Amash Amendment to stop NSA spying on innocent Americans.

As a state senator, Katherine Clark proposed bill S. 654, which would vastly expand wiretapping of Massachusetts residents. The ACLU opposed this bill, saying it allows "law enforcement to listen into private conversations for virtually any investigative purpose" -- ensnaring innocent people and those suspected of things like marijuana possession.

If you believe Elizabeth Warren deserves a strong, reliable, progressive fighter joining her in Congress, please help elect Carl Sciortino in the final 6 days.

And please share this email with others. Thanks for being a bold progressive.
