Dirty Energy Koch Brothers Propaganda & Attack Ads

Robert Greenwald's revealing video about the Dirty Energy Koch Brothers is well worth viewing to gain perspective about the Extremism being promoted.

$28 million.

That’s how much the Koch brothers have spent on attacking Democrats this election cycle. And it’s just going to get worse.

Three of our Senate candidates are being assailed with ads bankrolled by the Koch brothers’ checkbook.

That’s why this weekend, we’ve set a goal of raising just $2,800 for these three candidates:

  • Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH)
  • Rep. Gary Peters (D-MI)
  • Rep. Bruce Braley (D-IA).

It’s our first step in fighting the Koch attack ads.

$2,800 is only one-tenth of one percent of $28 million, but every dollar counts – and tells the Koch brothers that they can’t buy the Senate. Will you pitch in $5, $10, or more to get us there?

Jeanne Shaheen, Gary Peters and Bruce Braley are exactly the kind of common-sense progressive leaders that the Koch brothers would love to see defeated. They all are in close contests.

The 2012 elections showed that the GOP can’t spend its way to victory – not when dedicated progressives are willing to put up a fight.

Repeating that success starts with these three candidates who are under fire and need your help.

Help us reach our goal of $2,800 by the end of the weekend. It’s our first step in fighting back against the Koch brothers.

Thanks for helping us in this important battle.

Sincerely,

John Isaacs & Guy Stevens
