So simple, a child could understand it...

EC

Injecting millions of gallons of toxic waste into the ground to facilitate drilling more fossil fuels to heat the planet: turns out it's not a very good idea.

Just ask Oklahoma, which is shaking like never before as injection wells spread.

This is info that the oil companies REALLY want to ignore. Help share it so they can't.

Judge calls Chevron vs Ecuador Case "Egregious Fraud"

A federal judge in New York today slapped a stern order on attorney Steven Donziger and the Ecuadorean villagers he claims to represent, prohibiting them from capitalizing on a $9 billion judgment the judge said was the product of “egregious fraud.”

I've investigated the case and here's the real story:...

Thanks to Media Matters for America for bringing extra attention to report that found the State Dept. greatly overestimated the amount of rail capacity for tarsands that would be available by now in its environmental review of Keystone XL. ‪#‎NoKXL
The media covered the State Department's initial report that claimed that Keystone XL would not contribute to climate change, but was totally silent when Reuters reported that the estimates in the report were flawed.
