Interesting. Best Buy is going to stock home solar arrays from SolarCity in its stores in California, Arizona, Hawaii, New York and Oregon. SolarCity has a similar deal with Home Depot.

Childhood Poverty:

The Senate on Thursday voted to renew programs providing health care and food assistance to children. The measure includes Sanders’ provision calling on the White House to submit a five-year plan to reduce the childhood poverty rate in the United States. “Unfortunately, despite our great wealth, more of our citizens are living in poverty than ever before and we have the highest rate of childhood poverty of any major country in the industrialized world,” Sanders said. The bill now goes to the House of Representatives.

"Who owns the wild animals? Does the crown? Does the trapper? I say, maybe the animal owns its own life? If given the choice would it want to live? If the law says it is ok to torture and kill one, I certainly have the right to try to save one." -Paula Tough
