Your backyard? Your community?

We've got undisclosed hazardous shipments traveling by rail with no mandated disclosure, no assurances of safety and pipelines jeopardizing communities.

We've lost sight of what constitutes Corporate Responsibility.

No amount of 'FINE' will repair the damage done by ExxonMobil.

Whose community is NEXT?

A "significant" amount of crude oil leaked last night from a pipeline into a marshy, wetlands area in the Glen Oak Nature Preserve in Colerain Township, Ohio.

Local residents who had been smelling oil since last week reported the spill on the 20-inch pipeline, which is owned by Mid-Valley Pipeline Co. and operated by Sunoco Logistics.

Pipelines leak; it's not if, it's when. ‪#‎NoKXL‬
Exxon claims soil cleanup is complete at the site of its Pegasus tarsands pipeline spill in Mayflower, Arkansas.

The company is continuing work to remove oil from a cove and drainage ways at Lake Conway, and has agreed to do weekly sheen monitoring and sheen removal in the cove, as well as replace booms that absorb oil from the water at least every three months. ‪#‎NoKXL
