Our friends at NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council) and Southeast Environmental Task Force plan to sue the Koch brothers for polluting Southeast Chicago with their mountains of petcoke — a dirty byproduct of tarsands refining. ‪#‎NoKXL‬
