Massachusetts still allows MONSANTO'S ROUNDUP?



A group of Middleboro activists organized action against NSTAR's clear-cutting and herbicide spraying and would have proceeded until Adam Bond disrupted a meeting to drum up legal business for himself, along with  cohort Tracy Marzelli. 

You will note that in spite of the classification of MONSANTO'S ROUNDUP, Massachusetts still allows it. Huh?
