U.S., 11 nations sign contested Trans-Pacific corporate takeover; Sanders vows to kill it if elected | 03 Feb 2016 | Representatives of a dozen nations met in New Zealand to sign the debated Trans-Pacific Partnership, which seeks to bolster economies and investments between the United States and a number of Pacific Rim governments. The TPP agreement was signed by the parties on Thursday, New Zealand time, during a formal ceremony in Auckland. Among the deal's opponents is a man who could succeed Obama in the White House -- Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, who pledged Wednesday to kill the TPP agreement if he gets elected. "As your president, not only will I make sure that the TPP does not get implemented, I will not send any trade deal to Congress that will make it easier for corporations to outsource American jobs overseas," he said. Why H-1B visa-loving Microsoft stole Iowa for low-polling corporatist fraud Rubio: After Obama Signs Trans-Pacific Partnership, Sessions Demands Candidates Reveal Their Position on 'Trade' Deal | 04 Feb 2016 | President Obama's trade representative signed the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement, one of the largest multinational trade agreements [corporate takeover] in history. Following the signing of the agreement, Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), who has been the fiercest GOP opponent in Congress of President Obama's globalist trade agenda, called upon every elected official and every Presidential candidate to reveal "where they stand on the TPP." ...While every other top polling candidate has made his stance on the issue known, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) is refusing to tell voters whether he will vote the TPP, which he previously endorsed as the "second pillar" of a President Rubio's three-pillar foreign policy strategyRubio also voted to fast-track the Trans-Pacific Partnership despite the fact that he continues to provide no evidence that he ever read the deal before doing so. However, Rubio is now refusing to reveal whether he will vote for the trade deal he endorses. Since Rubio has never retracted his support for TPP, it would thus be accurate to say he still regards the agreement as a "pillar" as his hoped-for Presidency.

As anticipated, the finding by the Geneva-based UN working group on arbitrary detention criticises legal action against Assange by both European governments and blames them for preventing him from leaving the Ecuadorian embassy in Knightsbridge. The panel calls on the Swedish and British authorities to end Assange's "deprivation of liberty", respect his physical integrity and freedom of movement and offer him compensation.

Terrorism Suspects Are Posing as Refugees, Germany Says | 05 Feb 2016 | An Algerian couple, suspected of planning a terrorist attack in Berlin and arrested on suspicion of belonging to the Islamic State, entered Germany late last year and applied for asylum as Syrian refugees -- part of a pattern of terrorism suspects entering Europe under the guise of fleeing war, the German authorities said Friday. The police in Berlin published a photo they said was of the husband, showing a bearded man with his face blacked out, pointing a pistol at the camera, with two Kalashnikov rifles propped up beside him on a sofa strewn with other weapons. The photo was believed to have been taken in Syria, where German media reports said the man had received terrorist training with the Islamic State [I-CIA-SIS].

Iowa Democratic party altered precinct's caucus results | 05 Feb 2016 | In the Iowa Democratic party's chaotic attempt to report caucus results on Monday night, the results in at least one precinct were unilaterally changed by the party as it attempted to deal with the culmination of a rushed and imperfect process overseeing stealing the first-in-the-nation nominating contest. In Grinnell Ward 1, the precinct where elite liberal arts college Grinnell College is located, 19 delegates were awarded to Bernie Sanders and seven were awarded to Hillary Clinton on caucus night. However, the Iowa Democratic party decided to shift one delegate from Sanders to Clinton on the night and did not notify precinct secretary J Pablo Silva that they had done so. Silva only discovered that this happened the next day, when checking the precinct results in other parts of the county.

Heads up! Microsoft's Iowa Vote 'Count' a Dry Run for Bigger Corporate Role in U.S. Election Process | 02 Feb 2016 | The use of Microsoft’s vote-counting rigging technology in Monday's Iowa Caucus may foreshadow a future in which corporate technology plays a central role in U.S. 'elections,' raising concerns about the possibility of private firms skewing the democratic process. In a disclosure largely unreported by the news media last year, President Obama's Special Commission on Election Reform recommended that commercial software and computers, such as iPads, be used to accurately record and count Americans' votes -- even though companies' financial interests can be helped or hurt by the outcome of those elections...Already, some political participants are raising the alarm about Microsoft leaders' ties to presidential candidates.
Ron Paul: Cruz 'owned by Goldman Sachs' | 05 Feb 2016 | Former Rep. Ron Paul is lashing out at Ted Cruz, calling the GOP presidential contender too close to Wall Street. "People are liking Cruz. They think he’s for the free market, and he’s owned by Goldman Sachs," the former Texas lawmaker said on Fox Business Network's "Varney & Company," according to Politico...Ron Paul also praised Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. "On occasion, Bernie comes up with libertarian views when he talks about taking away the cronyism on Wall Street, so in essence he's right, and occasionally he voted against war," Paul added.

The robocall states: 'We don't need Muslims. We need smart, well-educated, white people.' But while the media is covering this item, reporters are failing to look a little deeper into the organization. Council of Conservative Citizens president, Earl Holt III (for whom Jared Taylor works), donated in this presidential cycle to Senator Ted Cruz's campaign. [Note: CLG edited (grammar, syntax, links additions) the original item for this summary.]
Investigative Reporter Can't Find Single Marco Rubio Voter Outside Rubio Rallies in NH [Right, only Microsoft can find them.] | 05 Feb 2016 | Matt Fuller writes in the Huffington Post: Admittedly, a Jeb Bush town hall and a Chris Christie restaurant visit are bad places to look for Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) voters. And yet there I was, practically begging New Hampshire voters to tell me they had been leaning toward a GOP establishment candidate, but were now lining up behind Rubio to take down Donald Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). "What do you make of the argument that establishment Republicans need to get behind Rubio because he's the only one who can beat Trump?" I asked, over and over, in some form or another, feeling as if the Rubio campaign should probably start paying me...Sorry, New Hampshire voters would say, knowing they were stepping all over my tidy little narrative.
