VoteVets.org: Those Trump documents mean we need hearings

Donald Trump is ONE WEEK from taking office, and if Tuesday's explosive document release underscores anything, it's that we need independent hearings into Donald Trump's campaign ties to Russia.

We already know that senior Trump campaign aides have close ties to the Russian government. Yesterday Donald Trump admitted that Russia probably did the hacking. And Trump won't release his tax returns (or even divest!) so we have no idea what business interests he has there or how much money he owes banks in the country.

This is serious business. The possibility of Russian influence on the incoming president is far too important to brush aside. We deserve independent hearings, and we deserve them now. Let's get to the truth -- whatever it may be.

Sign our petition calling on Congress to hold independent hearings on Donald Trump's relationship with Russia, and any compromising materials the country may have on our next Commander in Chief.
