This is merely one issue on which Lynch's record is problematic --
Lynch also has a solid anti-choice record.
This from DFA --
It's hard to trust a member of congress. But DFA endorsed Ed Markey
for his years of reliable votes on economic, environmental and civil
liberty issues.
By contrast his opponent, Congressman Lynch,
sided with the Republicans against President Obama's healthcare bill. Lynch also
has a solid anti-choice record. There is no excuse for failing to
support women's rights. This weekend, it's time that we stand up for
Ed.
On Saturday and Sunday DFA will be hosting a Thank You Ed
Markey Day of Action. On Saturday at 1pm, I will personally be at the
Framingham office to present an Action Summit - a skills training that prepares
activists to work smartly to produce progressive change.
