Let's speak out and oppose this grab by the Dirty Energy Koch Brothers!

Charles and David Koch don't need an introduction -- they're the billionaire brothers that tried to buy last year's election for right-wing Republicans.
They've realized that elections can't be bought with ads alone. So now they're taking a cue from Rupert Murdock and trying to take over the news media by buying the Tribune company, which owns the LA Times, the Chicago Tribune, The Baltimore Sun, and a host of other outlets across the country.
Giving the Koch brothers an even bigger microphone is the last thing we need. That's why DFA and Sen. Bernie Sanders are calling on the Tribune Company to not sell out to the Koch brothers.

Right-wingers already dominate cable news on Fox News. We can't let them expand their reach further. Just check out the extreme agenda that the Kochs spent $400 million to enact last year:
- Privatizing Social Security
- Huge new tax cuts for corporations and the super rich
- Propping up fossil fuels and spreading false information about climate change
The Kochs already have way too much influence on our elections. Allowing a buyout of major media outlets like this would put far too much power in the hands of just two people.
