You are a donor to this campaign. Now can you commit to vote for Bernie?

Earlier this week, we released our fourth quarter fundraising numbers. As a donor to this campaign, we wanted to share them with you directly.
  • In the last three months, our movement made 1.8 million contributions for a total of nearly $35 million – more than anyone else in this race. That's amazing.

  • This past FEC deadline day on December 31, we raised more than we did the day after Bernie's virtual tie in the Iowa caucus in 2016, which is a huge show of strength for our campaign.

  • We reached our huge goal of 5 million donations since the start of the campaign. And 9 of them came from you. Thank you.
These incredible fundraising totals will help us compete against our billionaire-funded opponents, but it will be a record voter turnout that will make it possible to win. So with voting starting very soon, we need to ask:
Early voting begins in a few weeks. The Iowa caucus comes shortly after that. And it is what we do together right now that will help determine the outcome of this race.
There's never been a more important day than today to say you stand with Bernie. Thanks for adding your name.
In solidarity,
Faiz Shakir
Campaign Manager

AMAZING from today:

Bernie Sanders for President

This was amazing the first time we showed it to you in October, Frank, and it's just as amazing today.

What you're seeing is a real feed from earlier today of people responding to Bernie's email from this morning, adding their contributions before the final FEC fundraising deadline of the primary.

Can you add a contribution now and be a part of this moment?

Add your contribution to the thousands of others recently made to Bernie 2016 ahead of our final FEC fundraising deadline tonight at midnight

Tens of thousands of people have already contributed today before the midnight FEC fundraising deadline, adding $2.70, $27, or whatever they can afford. I hope you can join them as we prepare for the last week of voting in our primary.

In solidarity,

Jeff Weaver

$43,498,784.41

At midnight tonight we will have to turn in our numbers from our final fundraising deadline before the critical primaries in April. A lot of people in the corporate media and other establishment types are trying to call this race for Secretary Clinton. They want us to drop out. They want to be able to say, “oh Bernie’s fundraising is slowing down.” But we’re going to prove them wrong today.

Last month we raised an unbelievable $43.5 million from working people giving just a little bit each online. If we were to raise more money by the end of this month at midnight tonight, it would send an unmistakable message to the media and the establishment: we are going to win this campaign and the White House.

That’s why we’re setting a big goal today to reach more than $43.5 million by midnight's FEC deadline. Contribute now to help us get there:

Make another contribution and help us reach a huge goal of raising $43.5 million in March before tonight’scritical FEC fundraising deadline.

Contribute to our campaign today to help us match our February fundraising numbers

We started today having raised more than $39 million in March from more than 1.5 million individual contributions. I have no idea if we can reach our goal by midnight. But if we do, it will not only send an unmistakable message about the size and strength of our movement — it will also ensure we have the resources to win this Democratic primary.

That’s why your contribution before midnight is so important.

When we started this campaign we were at about 3 percent in the polls and Secretary Clinton was beating us by 60 points. We have come a long way.

Now we are coming to some very important primaries and caucuses over the next weeks in Wisconsin, Wyoming and New York. That’s why your contribution right now is so important. Please help us reach our goal:

Add another contribution so that we can meet our goal and astonish the media and political establishments and send an unmistakable message about the strength of our movement.

Thank you for standing with me.

In solidarity,
Bernie Sanders

General (Ret.) Wes Clark: I need to ask you something

Please go to VoteVets.org to subscribe and make a contribution.

Let's support our Veterans!

I have been an advisor to VoteVets since the organization first launched ten years ago. And over the course of that decade, we've fought and won on a number of important issues, and in a number of important elections.

But throughout our time together, it's hard to imagine an election with more opportunity, or potential for peril, than the one ahead.

We have a chance to elect a new generation of veteran leaders to the Senate. We have to stop the Koch Brothers' multi-million dollar campaign to privatize the VA. Republicans are threatening to re-escalate our involvement in the Middle East. And, oh, we have to do everything we can to keep Donald Trump out of the White House.

That's why I have to ask you directly: Can I count on you to contribute to VoteVets right now, before their midnight FEC fundraising deadline? I am asking because it's important.

There is probably no more important and trustworthy voice for progressives than the veterans and military family members who count themselves as VoteVets supporters. When they appear in ads, people listen. When they write letters to local newspapers, people read them.

In election after election since 2006, VoteVets has played an outsized role. That's why your contribution is so important, and why I have to ask you to make one before midnight tonight.

All my best,

General (Ret.) Wes Clark

Political extremism in Wisconsin

Bernie Sanders for President

When our campaign first set foot in Wisconsin this past summer, we got a very warm welcome from the people of Wisconsin. I spoke to more than 10,000 people in Madison about our corrupt political system, our broken economy, and how our political revolution can take back our country from people like the Koch Brothers in the billionaire class.

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and the Republican Party weren't as happy to see me. Governor Walker, who has been helped throughout his career by the Koch Brothers, issued statements against us, and the GOP even put up billboards calling me an "extremist."

Well, let's talk about extremism. Scott Walker has attacked the minimum wage, gutted unions, made it much harder to vote, and restricted access to abortion. That is extremism.

I can think of no better place for our political revolution to continue its momentum than in Wisconsin. The latest poll has us down just a few points, and I know that if we work together right now, we can pull off a huge victory.

With a huge FEC fundraising deadline on Thursday at midnight, there has not been a more important time for you to support our campaign.

Make another contribution to our campaign now before Thursday night's deadline and we can shock the political establishment with a victory in Wisconsin.

Not only has Governor Walker been helped throughout his career by huge financial support from the Koch Brothers, but he has enacted their ideology while in office.

When you deny the right of workers to come together in collective bargaining, that's extremism.

When you tell a woman that she cannot control her own body, that's extremism.

When you give tax breaks to billionaires and refuse to raise the minimum wage, that's extremism.

Our views, which represent the views of the vast majority of the American people, are a little bit different. We believe that the time has come for the people of Wisconsin and all over the country to create a movement that tells the billionaire class: YOU CAN'T HAVE IT ALL!

And what we are saying to the Koch Brothers and Scott Walker is that this great country belongs to everybody, and not just a handful of very wealthy people.

Contribute right now to say you stand with our political revolution and help us win in Wisconsin next week. [Go here and contribute your $27.50 or whatever you can afford: https://go.berniesanders.com/page/content/contribute]

When the people stand together against the Koch Brothers and the billionaire class, we can win.

In solidarity,
Bernie Sanders
