Steve Lipsky's water was contaminated by fracking. On Monday he asked EPA Administrator Gina McCarthyfor help, she couldn't even look him in the eye.

Exploding wells -- one more reason to ban fracking.
 
Yesterday one of Pennyslvania's many fracking wells exploded in Greene County, about 50 miles south of Pittsburgh.
