Karl Rove and his ilk are students of history....have employed the Nazi tactics of creating HATE and BLAMING those who are different and easily targeted.
Skin color is an effective target.
When you defund public education and perpetuate ignorance, you are destined to repeat the history of the past, creating malleable masses that believe the PROPAGANDA.
Pretty interesting to sit back and watch....except we have to live with the consequences of electing Fascists..... Ooops! I mean Republicans!
