Purring and playful--meet Peter
New home needs to be found for this lost boy

Healthy and energetic, Peter will make a great companion. People for Cats photo.
Peter is a large, gorgeous black medium-to-long hair male cat, with beautiful golden eyes. He was an unneutered stray that had been fed for two months by a kind person in Pocasset, who then surrendered him to PFC. This young guy is a real sweetheart. He loves people and interacts with our volunteers by purring and rubbing against them to get more attention. Peter is also very inquisitive and playful, readily pouncing on any moving toys. The person who surrendered him reported that he is a lap cat and he does not like dogs.
Peter has since been neutered, is healthy, and current on all of his shots. He would probably do well with any type of family. He is outgoing, friendly, and gentle. Once this boy finds his forever home, he has the potential for being a lucky person’s very loving companion.
If you would like to visit with this gorgeous boy or one of our other equally charming kitties, come in to the shelter at 44 Beagle Lane in Teaticket. We are open to the public on Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., or call our hotline for an appointment. Hotline: 508-540-5654.
