Wally, Thanks for reading!

Vic Sylvia deliberately sought me out last year.

There wasn't much Vic and I agreed about, but we were able to laugh about our disagreements and remain friends.

Of the Striar legacy left to Middleboro there was no disagreement.

Each time I see Danny Striar's portrait hanging in the YMCA, it stands in stark contrast to hidden hell he left behind.

Mr. Striar made a nominal contribution to the Middleboro YMCA and became a respected public citizen, yet condemned others to the tragic death of ALS because of what he buried.

Information publicly presented indicates that nasty chemicals in 55 gallon drums were deliberately buried and concealed from detection with shredded tires.

We owe it to Vic and the others who continually reminded us of this mess to ensure that it is appropriately cleaned up.

Vic always said "I won't live forever.....'

Danny Striar's dirty legacy will survive us all unless we insist that it be properly cleaned, which seems to demand that those drums be dug up and removed.

It upsets me when the family says they spent millions cleaning up the site when in fact they MADE millions from the site. Our group is working with the state and feds and we are close to a resolution.

Wally,

Can you provide additional information about the chemicals that were buried on the site to inform others of why attending this hearing is so important?

There's a special place in HELL reserved for Danny Striar. Maybe his son will finally clean it up.

Is anyone asking about the trucklodes that were taken from the site in the middle of the night? And how about Jack Healeys conection? People complained but nothing was ever done.

Hi Jessie,
We don’t know what is buried on the site because are not allowed on it and that is why we are taking action. Eye witnesses have testified that barrels were buried there and in fact a helicopter is also buried on the site. We have a list of chemicals that were there but we don’t know if those barrels are buried on site. One of the chemicals is “Hydrazine” which is highly explosive and was in the satellite that was shot down over China a few months ago. Cyanide & Non-Aqueous Phase Liquid (NAPL) is also currently on the site which causes Cancer in humans.
