Healthcare-NOW!
In 2009, 16 people and I were arrested at Aetna's offices in New York City protesting the record profits Aetna makes from denying sick people healthcare.* Despite receiving 27.9million dollars in compensation, Aetna's CEO claims that they're losing money in the ACA market places and must stop providing health insurance in many state exchanges.
Surprisingly, we agree with Aetna--they should get out of the business of providing health insurance--and they can take their friends with them.

Your donation to Healthcare-NOW will help build a movement that can’t be stopped. Think of your contribution as a pink slip to private insurance in this country. It's time for private insurance corporations like Aetna to get out of the business--so the people can get the care we need.
We need an improved Medicare for All system that makes sure no one's life is put at risk so insurance corporations can make money. For those who continue to be hurt by the private health insurance system, and for the people who were arrested at that protest in 2009 and others like it, I hope you'll seize the moment and donate to Healthcare NOW.
Yours in solidarity,
