HUNTER BIDEN

Other than his last name, what were Hunter Biden's qualifications for being on the board at Burisma? Thanks to the research of my friend Angela Araia, Hunter Been is a Graduate of Georgetown University, Yale law degree, served in the United States Department of Commerce 1998-2001, GW Bush appointee in 2006 to Amtrak board of directors for a five year term served as the board vice chairman, attorney for Boise Schiller Flexner law firm hired by Burisma to help with corporate governance best practices...I would say probably the more qualifications than Jarrod and Ivanka had to work in the White House. But in all honesty, to say that the children of prominent politicians, at every level, don't get preferential treatment and greater opportunities is naïve at best. It's not right, it's not fair, it's not ethical, but it's also not illegal. And even when they are deserving of the position, they will often have a stigma about their hiring.
We have a justice system in the United States. If a crime is committed within our country we investigate and prosecute. If a US citizen does something illegal in another country it is not the business of our justice system to take action, except to extradite.
If a citizen of the United States does something wrong in a foreign country it is not the Presidents duty or within his authority to demand a foreign government take action against that person.
For over 200 years, if an American was imprisoned abroad, it has been the duty of the President and the State Department to bring them home. What we are witnessing is the actions of a tyrannical leader, and the ignorance of those who cannot understand the workings of a democratic republic supporting his actions.
