During the Pre-Trial Conference & Case Management, the Toyota U.S.A. Attorney....yet again.....asserted his WITNESS PROTECTION PROGRAM and his intent to file yet another COURT MOTION to PROTECT his DEEP POCKETED CLIENT.....[this after another endless delay attempting to schedule a telephone conference]....
TOYOTA U.S.A. will pay for another trip from Albany, NY to Plymouth and lose in court.
NOTE TO TOYOTA: To save you money, your attorney has generously indicated that he'll sleep in his car. Since his fees have long since exceeded the cost of the BRAND NEW TOYOTA LEMON that's appreciated!
