The heads of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Office of Management and Budget fired back Tuesday against a proposed budget from the the Republican-led House, telling reporters the appropriations bill is “short-sighted” with “terrible real-world consequences.”
The United States House of Representatives is currently debating an appropriations bill that would reduce the EPA’s budget by $718 million and prohibit certain environmental regulations, including a sweeping proposal from the Barack Obama administration to tackle carbon emissions.

For some time we have feared that Republican politicians were losing their minds. Now it seems we must worry, as well, that Democratic politicians are losing their memories.

On May 26, 2011, Republican House Speaker John Boehner vowed to help America bring back the jobs that the Bush Recession destroyed IF Americans gave Republicans the Congress. Since then, Republicans have done nothing but waste time and money on symbolic votes to "repeal" Obamacare and political "investigations" into their favorite fake non-scandal, Benghazi. Shame on them.
