A new year is approaching and we face a simple choice: Go big or go back.
We need to go big in our fight to restore Clean Water Act protection to every stream and wetland where we live -- so we don't watch the courts and Congress send us back to when polluters treated our waters as their own private sewers.
We need to do even more on global warming and win more victories for renewable energy -- so we don't see Exxon and other climate deniers turn back our progress.
We have to raise our voices against pesticides that kill off bees and other pollinators -- so we don't find ourselves back in the days when chemicals like DDT threatened to wipe out entire species.
Jessie, will you help us go big on our grassroots people-powered campaigns so we can keep moving forward for a cleaner, greener Massachusetts?
Will you make your end of year donation to Environment Massachusetts today?
From the Charles River to Cape Cod, the places we know and love are better protected today because of you.
Yet with every step forward, there's always someone pushing back. The coal industry sued to stop our Clean Water Rule. [1] Mitch McConnell is doing all he can to undermine the Clean Power Plan and the Paris climate deal. [2] The oil industry was behind an attack on funding for our parks. [3]
You know we can get by their obstruction and backward-thinking because you've seen Environment Massachusetts do it before. But remember: We win only when we join together and give it all we've got.

Protect the waters we love by building grassroots support to show the courts, the states that sued to block us, and Congress that the public demands Clean Water Act protections for all our streams and wetlands.
Give kids growing up today a healthier future by building a vocal grassroots "climate majority" that's louder than the climate deniers who try to frustrate our progress at every turn.
Give bees and other pollinators a fighting chance by raising awareness and mobilizing a huge grassroots call to action against bee-killing pesticides.

We have until midnight on December 31 to raise another $173,000 to take on these challenges and more in 2016.
