Oh Milo :( This baby just breaks my heart. Milo loves all attention and adores being pet and loved on. Unfortunately for Milo his chances of making it out of this pound are very slim. He is in a rural area where coonhounds are used mainly for hunting and not as often as pets - so placing these guys makes it nearly impossible. Just a few days ago, a picture surfaced of a dog laying on the side of a road. You could tell that something horrific had happened, leaving half of his face sagging.

What the rescue soon learned was that animal control had removed one shell casing from his head. Koa had been shot three times, once in the forehead, once in his jaw and once in his shoulder.

Nelson and Reynold ♥. It doesn't get more heartbreaking than Nelson and Reynold. These babies were dropped off as strays and they aren't totally sure why they are at the pound. These sweeties are extremely close to each other and are guessed to be between 6-8 months old and both walk really well on a leash. You can tell they are trying their hardest to give their best picture, please give these sweet boys a chance ♥
