This & that...More Republican Family Values: Republican Rep. Robert Fisher (R-NH)!

One Comment says it all:
"Family values" GOP style.
They make statements about family values, some people believe them and we have the current circus in DC. A bunch of old, white, rich, privileged asses who want to control your life while committing every sin out there.

Bonnie Bacarisse of The Daily Beast made a recent discovery that

Republican Rep. Robert Fisher (R-NH)...is this true New Hampshire?

Republicans endorse this?

A dangerous misogynist is prowling the halls of the
New Hampshire state house.

OCCUPYDEMOCRATS.COM|BY COLIN TAYLOR

The Daily Beast‘s Bonnie Bacarisse has discovered that the “Red Pill” “men’s rights” misogyny group that festers in the darkest crannies of online forums Reddit and 4chan was founded by Republican Rep. Robert Fisher (R-NH).
Her investigation into Fisher’s online aliases has produced evidence of appalling misogyny, rape apology, and pedophilia apology.
Writing under the username FredFredrickson, Fisher – whose father was a preacher – wrote “I’m going to say it—Rape isn’t an absolute bad, because the rapist I think probably likes it a lot. I think he’d say it’s quite good, really.”
When asked whether it was creepy for a 40-year-old man to ogle the breasts of a fifteen-year-old girl, he replied “In my opinion, no. It’s evolutionarily advantageous and perfectly natural.”
Other little gems that Fisher has said in the past include that women have “sub-par intelligence,” that women’s personalities are “lackluster and boring, serving little purpose in day to day life.,” and that “It is literally the [female] body that makes enduring these things worth it.”
These kinds of responses are common themes found in the forums of the #RedPill group, who see feminism as a threat to traditional marriage and the power structures which place white men in socioeconomic dominance in American society.
The “Red Pill” moniker refers to the famous scene in the Matrix where the main character is offered a red pill that will bring harsh enlightenment of the “truth” and a blue pill that will return him to blissful ignorance.
An incubator for toxic masculinity and resentment against women for daring to demand equality and independence from men, the discussions on the #RedPill forums prominently feature racism, anti-Semitism, and Islamophobia in addition to the complaints of self-entitled men who cannot understand why women don’t find them attractive.
They also are notorious for cultivating sexual predation strategies:
The Red Pill teaches “sexual strategy.” This includes how to “spin plates,” or balance sleeping with several women at once; how to respond to women’s “shit-tests,” a social device used to determine a suitor’s “fitness”; and how to practice “negging,” a game tactic involving a backhanded compliment calculated to undermine confidence and make a woman more vulnerable to advances. Red Pillers practice “dread game,” or intentionally instilling “dread” in a partner that you have other options, and various other techniques.
Of gaming women, Fisher said, “[Women have] absolutely done this to themselves. I feel zero regret or shame pumping and dumping.”
It appears that Fisher’s dating troubles prompted him to establish the group in 2012 as a way to vent about the fact that despite possessing all the qualifications of an “alpha male” he was still having trouble with women.
“I cannot be honest about my accomplishments or ambitions without ridicule. I am running for a state political position, I’m a high level exec in a franchising company, and I own two business locations in state. I found that stating it simply… nets me negativity on dates if I’m honest.”
Unable to come to grips with the fact that women are under no obligation to give him a moment of their time or the fact that it might be a problem with him and his abrasive personality, Fisher decided that feminism was to blame.
And now we see how the sexual frustration of young white men who spend too much time on the internet intersects with the so-called “family values” of conservatism, as Fisher notes:
Marriage, and yes, female oppression, slut shaming, religion, these were all a means to control hypergamy. Marriages might be considered loveless, and women might have been unhappy, but for men it meant marriages that lasted, commitments that continued, and protection against the fickle whims of females.
This is the kind of thinking that motivates Republican efforts to disenfranchise American women, to strip them of agency over their own bodies and punish them for engaging with their own sexuality.
It is beyond appalling that the Republican Party has welcomed a scumbag like this into their ranks, but not surprising. Fisher must be pressured to resign immediately.

Robert De Niro joined Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in Washington, D.C. on Feb. 15 to hold a press conference about vaccine safety.
The pair are looking for proof that vaccines are safe and teamed up to offer $100,000 to anyone who can provide such information.
The actor participated in the panel, which showcased discredited claims surrounding vaccination, including the notion that they cause autism and that high levels of mercury in immunizations can make kids sick.
“On one hand, the government is telling pregnant women which mercury-laced fish to avoid so that they don’t harm their fetuses, and on the other, the CDC supports injecting mercury-containing vaccines into pregnant women, infants and children,” Kennedy said at the joint press conference Wednesday.
“This defies all logic and common sense.”
Kennedy, the son of the late U.S. attorney general and senator, insisted that journalists and the government have been colluding to cover up the truth about vaccine safety and that the “shots have caused the autism epidemic.”
De Niro, whose son has autism, and Kennedy called out the use of thimerosal, which is a mercury-based preservative.
The cash challenge is offered through Kennedy’s World Mercury Project for anyone “who can find a peer-reviewed scientific study demonstrating that thimerosal is safe in the amounts contained in vaccines currently being administered to American children and pregnant women.”
FDA study in 1999 found that thimerosal used as a vaccine preservative posed no harm except for hypersensitivity.
The FDA phased the preservative out of vaccines for children and it hasn’t been used since 2001, with the exception of an inactivated flu vaccine, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. They also provided research that shows there’s no link between thimerosal and autism.
Shortly after meeting with U.S.President Trump in January, Kennedy claimed he was invited to head a vaccine commission. Trump’s spokespeople later clarified that the U.S president was instead looking at “the possibility of forming a committee on autism” but that no decisions had been made at that point.
Kennedy has a long history of speaking about vaccines.
In 2005, he published an article titled “Deadly Immunity,” in both Rolling Stone andSalon, alleging that the mercury-based chemical thimerosal causes mercury poisoning and in turn autism, according to Vox.
There was no evidence to support Kennedy’s view and the article was retracted atSalon.
WATCH BELOW: Robert De Niro sounds off on anti-vaccine film controversy and wants answers in Today show interview.....
In 2016, De Niro pulled his anti-vaccination movie Vaxxed from the Tribeca Film Festival lineup. The actor appeared on the Today show shortly after and spoke about the film and what his intentions are.
“I think the movie is something that people should see,” he said. “There’s a lot of information about things that are happening with the CDC, the pharmaceutical companies, there’s a lot of things that are not said. I, as a parent of a child who has autism, I’m concerned. And I want to know the truth. I’m not anti-vaccine. I want safe vaccines.”
When Today host Willie Geist pointed out that there’s plenty of scientific evidence proving that vaccines don’t cause autism, De Niro replied that he thinks everyone should see Vaxxed and decide for themselves.
