After the delusional claims Scott Brown made during his most recent Senate re-election failed campaign, FAUX is a good fit! After all, it would have been embarrassing to watch Scotty loose another election.
Fox News signs Scott Brown
Former Massachusetts senator Scott Brown will debut on Fox News Wednesday night, with an appearance on “Hannity.”
“Senator Brown’s dedication to out-of-the box thinking on key issues makes him an important voice in the country and we are looking forward to his contributions across all Fox News platforms,” Bill Shine, the network’s executive vice president of programming, said in a statement.
“I am looking forward to commenting on the issues of the day and challenging our elected officials to put our country’s needs first instead of their own partisan interests,” Brown added. It was
reported last week that Brown was in talks with the network.
Brown’s arrival comes just as the network has shed two high-profile conservative commentators: former Alaska governor Sarah Palin and pollster Dick Morris.
The former lawmaker lost to Democrat Elizabeth Warren last fall, after winning his seat in the 2010 special election to succeed the late Sen. Edward Kennedy (D). He recently
decided not to run in a special election for the seat formerly held by Secretary of State John Kerry.
Brown’s wife, Gail Huff, is a broadcast journalist.
