The closeness of the results highlights why every vote matters.

The election results are filled with straight lines.

The first to come to mind is looking forward to seeing Mr. Spataro in the Cheap Seats.

He couldn't be bothered to spend extra time when he was in office, will he bother to occupy the Cheap Seats?

I'm disappointed that the vote was so close after his insults to voters.

Wayne sure got a mandate!

A few more pension credits, though!

At least Compression's gone!

Disappointing results.

Disappointing turnout.

I made phone calls to voters to remind them.

Maybe I should request the voting list to see how many of my frinds could be bothered so that next time they complain, I wont have to listen.

Disgusting showing

In many ways, I'm disappointed that a small group is not working to promote better government, but working to promote their own self-enrichment.

Folks, let's keep it polite and within reason!

You may not be pleased with all of the election results, but it's the beginning of change.

If you wanted things to change faster, you could have gone out to vote and reminded your friends, relatives and acquaintances to vote as well.

Let's stick to the issues and not make unfounded attacks! They won't be posted.

Mr. McKinnon's election is a start to changing our town government. At least there will be one skeptical voice on the BOS when they meet with the Tribe.

I'm taking a wait and see approach to Mr. Rullo. He is only elected for one year. There will be an opportunity for change again next year.

The voter turnout is disappointing. So many complain but so few take action.

I think we have to adopt the buddy system for voting. Next year when you go to vote, bring a friend who is a registered voter to the polls with you. Ask an elderly neighbor if they need a ride to the polls. Do you have kids who are voting age but don't vote? Get them involved!

Middleboro can be a great town and achieve great things but people have to care. History has shown, when people sit back and let a few make decisions for the many, horrible things can happen.

This is not an attack just FACT. Doubtful Spataro will be attending meetings in cheap seats, he never had an interest in the town anyway. Hopefully, once Roger gets the ax Marsha will have a brain fart and resign and take Mimi poo with her.

To my Favorite Sapient Nocturnal Avian:

Your initial presentation is beyond dispute, but the latter....
I posted a lengthy response of a mutual friend's blog, that of Gladys'.

We have an impending Annual Town Meeting at which informed attendance is crucial.

Will Mr. Cristello, the Town Manager be consistent with his conduct for the Special Town Meeting held in the Fall and withhold information until the
11th hour - consistent with statute perhaps but counter to public education?

Will voters remain silent while the Town Manager lies on video and subsequently becomes defensive when his lie is revealed and he's questioned?

There are some additional ideas to pursue that I can share if you're interested. See me a personal email and I'll respond.

Why would the town manager NOT lie? Jack did it for decades better yet, HE GOT AWAY WITH IT and costing us PLENTY. We are still paying for Jack and his lies and my gut tells me Cristello is just following suit. Keep in mind the most important laughing matter we now get to listen to the new moderator Wayne SHUT US UP. Just like he did when on the BOS. Maybe that really stands for bullshit on suckers.
