Now I realize your staff works really hard......

...maybe MR. ROUTE 44 TOYOTA ATTORNEY DAN VIERA forgot to tell you.....

.......maybe MR. ROUTE 44 TOYOTA ATTORNEY DAN VIERA forgot to tell you.....when a lawsuit is filed, you're supposed to stop harassing the other party.....

....The LEMON LADY knows that  MR. ROUTE 44 TOYOTA ATTORNEY DAN VIERA 
is a VERY BUSY man and sometimes misses those silly little details.....while he's too busy bullying to do his job....

PLEASE, YOU CAN'T tell anyone, but my TOYOTA PRIUS has achieved

UNPARALLELED GAS MILEAGE! 

The LEMON LADY hasn't filled the gas tank for more than 2 YEARS!

Since my BRAND NEW TOYOTA PRIUS ..... THE SUBJECT OF THE LAWSUIT....is parked on the property of ROUTE 44 TOYOTA because the BRAKES FAILED and THE LEMON LADY refused to drive an unpredictable vehicle, are you taking good care of it? 

MR. ALBANY TOYOTA [AKA KING OF CONFLICT, MR. TOYOTA U.S.A....VERY CONFUSING!] has earned more from his DEEP POCKETED CLIENT than the value of THE LEMON LADY'S BRAND NEW TOYOTA....

....isn't that TOYOTA'S PLAYBOOK?

How can you beat conducting business during a drive for which you get paid TRAVEL TIME?

A man's gotta support his McMansion after all! The TOYOTA CASH COW pays the bills!

Folks, seriously! Plymouth is a really neat community, great restaurants, great sights, great history.....

MR. ALBANY WHATEVER prepares .....

No one can accuse MR. ALBANY WHATEVER of brevity!

MR. ALBANY WHATEVER even had his hair cut for this event.....

MR. ALBANY WHATEVER was forced to present his case before not one but 2 judges.....

...the STACK of TOYOTA DOCUMENTS is embarrassing....

.....THE LEMON LADY and her attorney arrive in court.....on time....as usual.....

Must have been that EARLY MORNING HOUR.....or the DEEP POCKETED CLIENT[S]  paying the bill who has[have] no idea what transpires......

The judge who has always been reasonable rendered his decision ......

...without opening MR. ALBANY ROUTE 44 TOYOTA's  overwhelming PRODUCT BY THE POUND.....

[As a Massachusetts taxpayer, the LEMON LADY appreciates that time and resources were not wasted punching holes and placing verbose rhetoric in folders. Since this seems to be a TOYOTA TACTIC, the LEMON LADY will be forever apologetic for this irrational practice.]

Contrary to any claims of resolving this expeditiously, MR. ALBANY could remember a JUNE DATE might work.....AFTER CANCELLING THE PREVIOUS COURT DATE.....

 

 

 

 

 

The LEMON LADY can on speculate that the TOYOTA GAGGLE had convinced itself that the judge would make the LEMON LADY pay for their unnecessary and expensive Plymouth visit....

The ROUTE 44 TOYOTA DREAM TEAM overwhelmed with their piles of paper....

...and went whining to a judge.....

....with some MIGHTY fanciful tales.....

...the LEMON LADY said bad things about TOYOTA......

...TOYOTA's feelings are hurt......

....odd that MESSRS. ROUTE 44 TOYOTA waited months before protesting.....

....357 pages ......

....odd that the ROUTE 44 TOYOTA DREAM TEAM cancelled a DECEMBER INTERROGATION........because they had no more questions to ask....

 ....difficult to pinpoint the source of their anger....

....THE LEMON LADY continues to age.....with the Dilly, Dally, Delay, Stall & Bill 'em tactics....

....But THE LEMON LADY is not driving a TOYOTA LEMON!

You gotta hand it to the hard working folks who work in the Plymouth District Court!

The paperwork overload by MR. ALBANY TOYOTA is enough to gag a horse!

The great Plymouth County Court employees were forced to punch holes and create folders for MR. ALBANY TOYOTA's onslaught .....

These kind people are so impressive.....

...they truly deserve a trophy! The LEMON LADY hopes her appreciation is noted and shared.



MR. ALBANY TOYOTA ATTORNEY surely deserves a prize for the longest MOTION....

It has been rumored that weight lifting training will be offered in Plymouth....

...since it appears MR. ALBANY ATTORNEY's legal charges MAY be based on WEIGHT.....

Worth a good laugh!

Running a few errands, 2 young men in a TOYOTA truck circled my car [you know who you are].

The window was rolled down, occupants taking pictures!

...and were they ever laughing!

...they stopped....we chatted.....

...a family member works at Copeland Toyota [details won't be disclosed to prevent identification, but it's worth reiterating that Copeland Toyota's CUSTOMERS have gone out of their way to praise Copeland Toyota] .....


....not so ROUTE 44 TOYOTA! SAD!

...who has threatened and threw a TEMPER TANTRUM in court.....
