A Human Being Who Bult That

Maybe we gasped when Akin made his ignorant comment

about rape and many of the other Regressive Party candidates

who have outdone themselves in their own ignorance, but

this video includes a level of ignorance, racism and misinformation

that is truly breathtaking! Worth watching in its entirety to see

how pathetic we have become as a nation when we

believe this crap!

Since 2007, the GOP and the Right Wing Media, Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, et al, have been propagating a campaign of irrational fear and hate against President Barak Obama. These devious and dishonest attacks are designed to delegitimize the Presidency of Barak Obama, and to characterize him as; the other, foreign, un-American, non-Christian, and alien. He has been called socialist, communist, fascist, The New Hitler, Marxist, Stalinist, Muslim, African Anti- Colonialist, Anti-Christ, baby killer, gay lover, uppity, The Food Stamp President, and nigger. The base of the GOP is clearly without any morality, their claim to Jesus and God rings hallow as they practice Anti-Christ in the name of Jesus. This constituency has been duped with fear, into a position of unfounded distrust and hate. In their zealotry, they express a fanatical willingness to vote against their own self interest. The Conservatives have been conquered, their party has been taken over by the Corporatist in a pact with the Theocrats and the Objectivist. Watch this video and tell me how anyone with a modicum of intelligence, or any degree of honesty, could vote for a Republican.

Republican Delegate And Wife Are Offended By A Mexican Working At Epcot Center

Pennsylvania Republican delegate Mark Harris and his wife got the shock of their lives while visiting Disney World’s Epcot Center. They had visited the pavilions representing different countries around the globe and having a wonderful time. Until they got to the American pavilion. That is when their worst nightmare came true, for who did they find working there? An American? NO! It was a Mexican and the Harris’s are extremely upset about that. So upset that they were compelled to record the unsettling incident in their blog.
Prior to National Republican Convention we visited Disney for three days. During our time at Epcot we visited the different countries. It was neat seeing each country and the employees were from that individual country. Then we visited America . . . one would think you would find American employees. We were offended to find a person from Mexico working in America. Mark spoke up and told them he was highly offended after visiting the other countries and seeing employees from that country and then come to America and find a Mexican. He was very civil but his point was well made.
Not a surprising post from a couple who proudly state on their blog, “Mark and Irene are both pro‐life, believe marriage is between one man and one woman, are for open records and transparency, believe in very conservative principles and the Republican platform.”

The Snyder County, Pennsylvania GOP was quick to distance the party from the overtly racist remark. In a statement to The Daily Item, County Commissioner Malcolm Derk said, “Americans are people of any race, color or heritage. Cheers to the individual working at Epcot for showing what a true American looks like.”

The racially charged message came on the heels of a previous incident at this week’s Republican National Convention when Patricia Carroll, a black camerawoman for CNN, was targeted by an attendee who pelted her with peanuts, saying, “This is how we feed the animals.” The offending person was removed from the convention.

If these were isolated incidents it would be bad enough but when taken with the plethora of racial insults that have become the hallmark of the new, far right Republican Party, it is simply a continuation of a disturbing pattern. The statement made by Commissioner Derk was right on target but one has to wonder how long he will last in a party that is becoming more and more divorced from what it means to be a “real” American.
