A MESSAGE FROM THE EDITOR The Trump White House announced its three nominees for U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday evening, in yet another jab at Democrats over judicial nominations between the Trump administration and Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, the home state senators for the vacancies. Litigation reporter Ellis Kim has the full story.
