Paul Ryan must pay a price for enabling Trump

VoteVets

Today is the last day of the month. And for many candidates, that means it's an important fundraising deadline. That includes Paul Ryan's opponent, veteran and ironworker, Randy Bryce.
Yesterday afternoon, Republicans began the rollout of their plan to give massive tax cuts to the wealthiest Americans, and scraps for everyone else.
This is Paul Ryan's baby. It's what he has waited years for. It's why he shrugged his shoulders at Trump's Access Hollywood Tape. It's why he abides by the racism and xenophobia Trump promotes and inspires. Every embarrassment to country, every action that puts our nation's security at risk -- it's worth it all if Paul Ryan can get his tax cuts for the rich.
Well, that's pretty damn irresponsible. It's unpatriotic. And it's why Paul Ryan must be voted out of office. With a midnight deadline looming, today is as good a day as any to help make that happen.
Is Randy Bryce going to beat Paul Ryan? Gosh, I am not sure. But it wouldn't be the first time a sitting Speaker was ousted. And the one thing I know is that Randy Bryce only has a shot if we all chip in. Today's a good day to all do our part.

VoteVets.org : Amy McGrath & Randy Bryce = Trump Insurance

VoteVets

If you put a map in front of Donald Trump and asked him to place his finger on Afghanistan, Syria, North Korea, Yemen, or any of the other places he's escalated our military's involvement or is threatening to, how close do you think he'd get?

Let's be honest: this is a man who is so unfit for the position he holds, it'd be comical if the stakes weren't so critical.

Thankfully, the Founding Fathers were wise enough to create a system of checks and balances to protect the people of this country from a situation like the one we find ourselves in. But that means we need a strong legislature -- not a compliant conservative chamber willing to carry out the chief executive's commands.

With our nation's security at such great risk, that means it's critical we work our hardest to elect progressive veterans who understand what it means to serve and to volunteer to put themselves in harm's way. Today, I want to ask you to support two such veterans.

You've seen both of their famous campaign introduction videos already. And maybe you know that both of them have tough races. But the truth is, tough races are only winnable races if people step up and chip in. Please do it today, because we need a legislature willing to hold Trump accountable.

VoteVets.org: The Army veteran who will beat Paul Ryan

VoteVets

We have met the man who is going to defeat Paul Ryan next year, and he's an ironworker and a veteran from southeast Wisconsin named Randy Bryce.
Randy announced his intention to run earlier this week with a video that is burning up the internet right now -- easily the campaign ad of the year. Like Randy Bryce says in the ad, he's the best choice to represent this congressional district because he is a working person. He's also an Army veteran, and we're proud to stand with him.
Paul Ryan has literally led the fight to repeal Obamacare for 23 million Americans. He is moving on to a massive tax cut for the richest among us -- huge sums of money for the nation's financial elite, scraps for working families. He is dangerous, but if we stand with Randy, we can beat him.
You are going to love this ad. Watch it.
