"In 2013, the NSA started building a $3.6 billion super computer with the goal of predicting the moves of terrorist groups before those groups themselves knew what they were going to do. And after eight hours of operation, that super computer has finally tallied the results… but Republicans aren’t going to like what the machine has to say. According to the computer, named “Providentia” after the Roman goddess of forethought, It isn’t ISIS that poses the greatest threat to Americans, nor is it another terrorist group, like Al Qaeda. It isn’t another country, like Russia, China, Iran, or North Korea, either. According to Providentia, the biggest threat to America is a bit closer to home… the Republican party."
Trump's attempted coup--designed to point the finger at BERNIE and his supporters (like all of $hil's tricks this season)--is backfiring in his face, just like hers have. Let's keep our eyes on the prize and make sure he wins in all five states coming up. Once the country feels the Bern, nothing will stop him!
In Downtown Miami even a week before Senator Bernie Sanders first rally dozens of Latino supporters were already shouting his name — “Bernie! Bernie! Bernie!” — in Florida’s second-biggest city.
His latest strategy: putting the full-court press on Latino voters just ahead of the Florida primary on Tuesday, with its possibly game-changing delegates still up for grabs in spite of an opponent who’s leading in the polls.
Some of the issues that matter most to Latinos in Florida include low wages, high college debt, immigration concerns and an Affordable Care Act that for many here, has proven unaffordable.
“Latinos are a huge influence in South Florida,” says Miami-based entrepreneur Indiana Sanchez, a former Miss Nicaragua who is leading a nonpartisan effort to register disillusioned voters, many of whom are Hispanic.
When Hillary Clinton was counting on Latinos to be her firewall, Bernie was counting on them by talking about these very issues that mattered to these communities.
Those Hispanic voters who do feel the Bern say his promises of universal Medicare, a $15 minimum wage and free college tuition motivate them: “I want a better future for my son,” says 29-year-old Amy Polanco, mother to an 11-year-old and who plans to support Sanders on Tuesday. “That’s what drives me to vote.”
Will you not Vote for Bernie Sanders too, all you wonderful people of America.
A few facebook comments...there are many...please remember to thank the Dirty Energy Koch Brothers and their ilk for electing such Jack Asses:
How can he fight being called a clown when every time he opens his mouth he proves that he is a clown. Surely the people in the Tyler area can find a democrat that would beat this guy. louie is a clown an embarrassment and a total fool -- he has nothing to fight but the truth itself Send money to a politician so he can fight the idea that he's a brainless goon. The poor man is even dumber than he looks, which is saying something. Louie is in a hotly-contested race with Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman for the title of the most brainless public person in America. Every time that I ready to declare on of them the winner, another opens their mouth. They have an aggregate IQ of 37. Gomert is one of the leading empty-headed bigots in politics in the nation. Worse than a clown any day. He's not the clown ,, it's the idiots who vote for morons like Louie , Michelle Bachman, Sarah Palin, Rick Santorum etc ,only a fool would vote against their own interest
Louie Gohmert Begs For Donations To Fight Back Against Primary Attacks That He's A 'Clown' And An 'Embarrassment'
SUBMITTED BY Kyle Mantyla on Monday, 2/29/2016 4:09 pm
Rep. Louie Gohmert called into Glenn Beck's radio program today to beg listeners to donate to his re-election campaign so that he can fight back against attacks that he's a "clown" and an embarrassment to the state of Texas.
Gohmert is facing a serious primary challenge from rancher Simon Winston, who donated a large sum of money to his own campaign and is running with the message that Congress has become a circus and "Louie Gohmert is one of the main clowns."
The Texas Republican revealed that because he "had done so well in prior elections" and never faced a primary challenge before, he didn't see a need to maintain a large campaign war chest, which is now coming back to haunt him since his opponent has dumped several hundred thousand dollars into a campaign to defeat him.
Gohmert's main opponent, he said, "is a self-funder and his motto is, 'Congress is a circus and Gohmert's the biggest clown and he's an embarrassment.'"
"And the problem is if people say that enough," Gohmert stated, "then it's possible some seeds could stick and start growing, so we have got to be up on television [and] radio. You can't let those things go ... There is a point [where] you have to defend yourself and that's what I'm having to do so anybody who can help by going to Gohmert.com — it's G-o-h-m-e-r-t dot com — I'd really appreciate it."

How does anyone defend the credibility of the Republican Party? How do you find these Dumb Ass Clowns?
Do you place an ad in the local newspaper? Do the Dirty Energy Brothers and Karl Rove seek out these Wack-A-Dings who have little interest in making government work for the nation?
I KID YOU NOT: SEARCHING FOR BRAIN DEAD, THIS CAME UP:
Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) discussed his decision to vote against a bill to reopen the government with CNN’s Anderson Cooper on Wednesday night, sayin...
Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) said he has no plans to give up his salary during the government shutdown because he doesn't even know if he's getting paid. ...
"....Unfortunately, King is a longtime advocate for legalizing dogfighting, cockfighting, and other forms of animal torture. Most recently, he fought legislation that would make it illegal to bring a child to an animal fight. He has also set aside his love for states’ rights in order to forbid localities from enacting anti-animal torture standards...."
Congressman Steve King is tied for the Dumbest Congressman with Gohmert [R-Texas] for many of his remarks.

Editor’s Note: We must watch our “representatives.” If they aren’t representing us with compassion–they must go! We must remove these so-called government “leaders” serving in Congress and in other legislative bodies, as well as any other elected officials who aren’t holding the highest standards for the people and for the planet. Compassion must be the priority. If we lose our compassion, we are lost… We as a people must take a stand for compassion and say “enough” greed, abuse, and deception (and stupidity.) These lawmakers and other public officials who support these abuses must go! #SpeakTruthToPower #AllLivesMatter #AnimalLivesMatter
Washington Post: “Kathleen Parker: Steve King’s inhumane farm bill measure”
In one of the early episodes of “Portlandia,” the satirical show that makes fun of all things Portland, Ore., a couple dining out interviews the waitress about their potential chicken dinner.
Specifically, they want to know details of the chicken’s diet (sheep’s milk, soy and hazelnuts), his free-roaming privileges and roaming area (four acres), whether he had friends and was a happy chicken, and so on. Their server answers patiently, even producing Colin’s papers. Colin, that is, the chicken.
So goes the joke on people who get a tad carried away about the quality of life of the animals whose slaughter they ultimately condone and whose flesh they consume. It was, if you’ll pardon the expression, delicious.
The GOP Picked the Worst Lawmaker Possible to Chair a Task Force on Immigration
By Esther Yu-Hsi Lee, ThinkProgress

epublican lawmakers who are unhappy with the perceived “executive overreach” of the Obama administration are forming a new task force to find “legislative solutions” to challenge the president’s power — and they picked a telling lawmaker to lead the effort. Rep. Steve King (R-IA), a passionate anti-immigrant hardliner, will serve as chairman.
The task force will conduct hearings and investigations “relating to separation of powers and executive overreach issues,” according to the resolution approved on a voice vote on Wednesday. It’s unclear which of President Obama’s executive actions the task force will focus on, but immigration policies will probably feature prominently.
Ever since Obama took executive action in 2012 to grant temporary deportation relief to certain undocumented immigrants under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, House Republicans have accused him of executive overreach, holding severalhearings on the matter. In a recent op-ed in USA Today, for instance, Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) lamented that Obama “essentially stopped the enforcement of our immigration laws, provided quasi-legal status to unlawful immigrants.”
King’s choice as the chairman could prove troubling for the direction of the task force. The Iowa lawmaker has a particularly virulently vocal anti-immigrant history, a fact that may have contributed to him being passed over for ranking Republican committee spots in the past.
Here are just six examples that show King may not by suitable as the chairman.
1. That time King said to treat people that cross the border like “livestock.”
In 2006, King took to the House floor with a model of a concrete border fence for the U.S. border with Mexico. He said that the United States should electrify the wire with a current that couldn’t kill, but could hurt people. “It would simply be a discouragement for them to be fooling around with it,” King said. “We do that with livestock all the time.”
2. That time King defended racial profiling as “common sense.”
After Arizona enacted an anti-immigration law in 2010 known as SB1070, which would allow law enforcement officials to racially profile suspected undocumented immigrants, King defended the policy. He said it was a “common sense thing” for law enforcement to use “indicators” like “what kind of clothes people wear, what kind of shoes people wear, what kind of accents they have, the type of grooming they might have… sometimes it’s just a sixth sense that they can’t put their fingers on.”
3. That time King compared immigrants to dogs.
During an event in 2012, King said that the United States should pick the best immigrants in much the same way that people choose the “pick of the litter” when it comes to choosing dogs.
“You want a good bird dog?” he said. “You want one that’s going to be aggressive? Pick the one that’s the friskiest … not the one that’s over there sleeping in the corner.”
He added, “You get the pick of the litter and you got yourself a pretty good bird dog. Well, we’ve got the pick of every donor civilization on the planet. We’ve got the vigor from the planet to come to America.”
4. That time King said that undocumented immigrants coming across the border have “cantaloupe calves” because they are “drug mules.”
During an interview with NewsMax in 2013, King claimed that in addition to undocumented immigrants who were brought into the country as young children, there were also “drug mules” coming across the border with “calves the size of cantaloupes because they’re hauling 75 pounds of marijuana across the desert.”
5. That time King said Latinos come from a “violent civilization.”
6. That time King said that he was just “as Hispanic and Latino” as a Latino congressman.
When United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Julian Castro went on MSNBC last year to say that the Republican party would need Latino voters to win the election in 2016, King tweeted, “What does Julian Castro know? Does he know that I’m as Hispanic and Latino as he?”
