As if we needed any more reasons to want to scream out a window that we're mad as hell and we're not going to take the ethanol mandate any more: Yesterday, during a hearing in Washington, the head of the ethanol lobby Bob Dinneen, admitted that ethanol mandates were intended to raise the price of corn, costing consumers but lining corn growers' pockets.
