Nuclear panel discusses Fukushima vs. Pilgrim Nuclear A panel discussion on the Fukushima nuclear disaster and the Pilgrim nuclear power plant in Plymouth includes panelists former Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan, former Nuclear Regulatory Commission Chair Gregory Jaczko, former NRC Commissioner Peter Bradford and nuclear engineer Arnie Gunderson. The group will discuss the NRC’s decision to renew Pilgrim’s license and the effects a potential disaster could have here in Massachusetts. (Wednesday, 9 a.m., Gardner Auditorium)
