..... you know who are the bigger abusers with the SNAP program, certainly not the children and the families who depend on government assistance to put food on the table, but corporations like Wal-Mart who don't pay their employees liveable wages, and is one of the biggest beneficiary of the Food Stamp assistance. Just for the record, back in the days when I was in college, and families on government assistance received their checks on the first of the month, do you know th...at food markets would hike up the prices during the first week of the month. I was taking a sociology class and our teacher gave us this assignment where we went to the supermarket two weeks before the end of the month to check prices of the main products families bought, then we went to check the first week of the month and what we found out was pitiful, sure enough, the prices were raised during that first week!
