Trump Accused of Raping 13-Year-Old Girl in Federal Lawsuit

Donald Trump has been accused of raping and then threatening to kill a 13-year-old girl in 1994, according to a civil lawsuit filed in a Manhattan Federal Court last Monday.
The plaintiff, anonymously referred to as Jane Doe, alleges that Trump lured her and other young women to a series of parties thrown by billionaire Jeffrey Epstein with promises of riches and a lucrative modeling career. Epstein is now a registered sex offender who briefly went to jail for soliciting prostitution from girls as young as 14.
Doe says that Trump tied her to the bed, exposed himself to her, then raped her as she begged him to stop. The suit says that Trump reacted to these horrified protestations “by violently striking Plaintiff in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted.”
“Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed,” the plaintiff said.
Doe says that Trump then allowed Epstein to rape her twice and strike her. Epstein apparently angrily screamed his regrets that Trump took her virginity instead of him.
Doe also claims in her suit that Trump knew she was only 13 at the time of the attack.
Another anonymous woman, identified only as “Tiffany Doe” corroborated these accusations, testifying that Epstein had hired her to recruit “young girls” for his parties , according to the Gothamist.
Jane Doe attempted to file against Trump last April in California, but the case was dismissed for “improper paperwork.” Doe had attempted to file without an attorney’s assistance, according to her current lawyer, Thomas Meagher.
Trump told Radar Online, regarding the April lawsuit, that there was “absolutely no merit to these allegations. Period.”
Doe says in the court papers that she has stayed quiet all these years because she feared for her family’s life. The stress of seeing her attacker all over the media, however, finally compelled her to come forward.
The lawsuit’s next step is to persuade a federal judge to waive the five-year statute of limitations on civil rape cases in New York, on the grounds that her “freedom of will” was denied to her by the billionaire’s violent threats against her and her family.
