Who is the Jetpuffed Marshmellow Man?

It was publicized after the fact, that the Mashpee Wamponoags held a Sacred Ceremony on land that appears not to belong to them on Precinct St., as commented on by fellow blogger, Bellicose Bumpkin Indian country?

Although the purpose of the Sacred Ceremony is unclear, as it is unclear that permission was obtained to trespass or to ignite an outdoor fire in what is generally a very dry month, the Jetpuffed Marshmallow Man has previously indicated that he is a Reverend and has included Biblical quotes in his signature when posting on a toxic forum. As such, it is curious that he would bring marshmallows to a Sacred Ceremony that included fire.
.
These are the comments that others offered that prompted the post:

What kind of ......... brings marshmallows to a quasi-Indian rite? Does he take a sleeping bag and pillow to a mosque? Propeller beanie to a synagogue?

It really is shameful. I attended Native American ceremonies and "earth blessing" rituals of several different tribes and they are serious and beautiful. What I saw from the pictures is mockery of what should be considered their religion. It would be like taking whiskey to a Catholic baptism or me wearing a pentacle to a Catholic Church. It is unheard of to take marshmallows to something like this. Naive and stupid.

This is just disgraceful. Aside from the fact that it is a public safety issue lighting a fire in the woods in August, bringing marshmallows to a sacred ritual is downright offensive.

MQ, business owner from Raynham, had nothing better to do at 3 AM and posted a response explaining that in order to have a cooking permit for an outdoor fire, food was needed. Marshmalows constitute food, so in his small mind, explanation provided, case closed -but his irrational comments will continue for sure. (The man clearly needs professional help.) Because this clown lives in Raynham, he doesn't have the displeasure of watching factfinder's behavior at the televised meetings. He's an arrogant snot who didn't belong on a committee that sandbagged the town because his conclusion was predetermined. His report was superficial and ignored issues raised regarding the casino. I know because my questions were never addressed and my comments apparently disappeared. In his arrogance, he presented a letter at the tmfh that was beyond the scope of his comittee. The records are not even available if requested. Factfinder's conduct is only a portion of the issue from what you have presented. Why wasn't this ceremony publicized? Are the Wampanoags afraid of something? Did anyone notice those present? The guest list is pretty offensive.

How come bogo isnt in any pics?

bogo posted on the toxic forum that you are the most hated person in town. I was embarased that he posted it, but wanted to say that we are behind you. This photo denigrates the event and BG is an offensive oaf. I have attended meetings at which he has spoken and someone needs to pay attention to his body language. As far as the most hated person in town? This bogo person doesn't get out much. He seems to need attention and gets admiration from a petty and not very smart group. To be praised by that person from Raynam and think it means something tells me he's none too smart himself.
One of the things I've noticed in my long years is that people who are really smart but lack substance go through life thinking they're smart and accomplish little. He seems to brag all the time because he is so insecure. Those are just my observations.

Posting this pic on Glendye's site was offensive and made this a joke. I never liked the 'mello man.

The warped person who posts about you criticized you for spelling Wampanoags wrong. You posted 2 different spellings. Typo?

BG is pretty obnoxious, but bogo's was right in there. dont forget he's the one who posted the misinformation about energy conservation because he knows it all and keeps the dumb around him to feel smart. He also lied and jumped right on the Rockland bandwagen. Nothing positve from that direction.

It's unfortunate that a person whos charge it is to assess the impacts of the Middleborough Mega Casino finds it appropriate to go party with the folks he is charged to assess. He is clearly biased and should be removed from the comittee. He is a shameless
assistant-cheerleader for the casino. The head cheerleader being Adam Bond.

this clown wants to run for selectman? He shouldnt have been on crac #1 or #2. He was a plant from day one with a forgone conclusion. wont get our votes.

Helen Belmont needs to find a babysitter for the foster kids. They disrupted every meeting and she neglected them. Get a life, a babysitter or stay home, Helen.

BG is a pompous ..... You only need to talk to him for 5 minutes to know. Went to Northeastern on coop and thinks he's Mensa. Why not MIT on scholarship if he's so smart? Next selectman? Who said that? Wayne Perkins? Maybe its time to smarten up, people.

At least he wont be selling pics of women having sex with horses or posting on the computer with his pants down. OMG! Let's not go their.

You've given the intellectually challenged something to occupy their time on topix. So, thanks for posting it so they aren't paying attention to what's really important.

Why was the ceremony not publicized?

What a good looking guy. He seems to be cautious and willing to feed the hungry.

Marshmallow FLUFF is what I see, no substance at all, was the Puppetmaster AB there to tell BG what to say or was he schooled before he went. I wonder if they got permission from the fire dept to have their fire there in the woods with a toy fire extinguisher? Wouldn't it be to their mutual benefit if that parcel of land should have a fire get out of control, kill off the wildlife especially any endangered species and make a joke of the EIS study. This has to be part of the LIE going around town that the LIT has happened already, it hasn't but for those that drink the casino kool-aid, they do believe, they do believe! Well at least we can confirm from this picture that BG has had his head surgically removed from AB's backside, that must be a breath of fresh air for him.

I wonder if the Indians whose ancestral land this really is are aware of this farce?

Helen Belmont needs to check the laws when allowing DSS foster children to be photographed. This is worthy of a complaint and she should know better. It violates their rights.

I've been a foster mom for years and it's not appropriate to have foster kids photo'd.

Anonymous said...

I read a bunch of blogs on another cite that criticized you for allowing criticism of a DSS foster mom who takes her foster kids to events such as this, allows them to remain unsupervised and allows them to be photo'd. Most of the criticism comes from those unfamiliar with the governing laws or the regulations intended to protect foster children, but they would be the first to criticize DSS if an injury ocurred caused by violation of those regs. What this foster mom does is inappropriate and those posters need to educate themselves.

Cant use my name and you'll understand why. I have a friend whose teenagers revealed dad had been molesting them for years when she wasn't home. His law enforcement buddies rallied around and denied he could have done it. Long story short, he wasn't convicted, she went through hell, her children were demonized as liars because of the misguided support for a man who is evil for doing that to his kids.
It was difficult to watch this man defended, but it taught me that some people are blinded to the potential faults of others regardless of the circumstances, or in the case of the recent trespass, they are unwilling to see the pettiness because of other matters.
