The wage disparity enriches the already wealthy - much the same may be said of Expanded Gambling that is coming to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bringing LOW WAGE JOBS that require taxpayer subsidies.

Shouldn't come as any great surprise but this Wal-Mart/Costco comparison clearly shows that treating employees well, paying them a decent wage and offering most of them benefits like health care and retirement programs is, in fact good business and a wise investment.

Let's hope some executives in Arkansas are paying attention.
