FREE Wellness Workshop for MMHG Members
"Eating Farm Fresh"
Tuesday, July 7th 6:00 PM
West Bridgewater Council on Aging
97 West Center Street
The local food movement is bringing flavor and nutrition to the table that can have a huge impact on your health. Every season, farms produce fresh produce and foods that can be used in a variety of seasonal recipes. The foods you choose to eat throughout the day can help increase energy levels and improve your overall health. Find out why choosing seasonal and locally grown and produced foods that are "real, whole, delicious and exciting" can help change your eating habits and relationship with food in a positive way!
This is the first workshop of a new monthly nutrition support group focusing on eating nutritious, locally grown and produced food. Come and check it out!
