Clinton Foundation Failed to Disclose 1,100 Foreign Donations
—The co-founder of the Clinton Foundation's Canadian affiliate is revealing new details about the charity's donors in an effort to counter allegations in the New York Times and the new book “Clinton Cash.”

WASHINGTON — Hillary Clinton’s presidential run is prompting new scrutiny of the Clintons’ financial and charitable affairs—something that’s already proved problematic for the Democratic frontrunner, given how closely these two worlds overlap.
Last week (April 2015), the New York Times examined Bill Clinton’s relationship with a Canadian mining financier, Frank Giustra, who has donated millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation and sits on its board. Clinton, the story suggests, helped Giustra’s company secure a lucrative uranium-mining deal in Kazakhstan and in return received “a flow of cash” to the Clinton Foundation, including previously undisclosed donations from the company’s chairman totaling $2.35 million.

Bill Clinton's letter is "self-indicting"--the only authorized purposes of the Clinton Foundation were to be an archive and a research facility in Little Rock, AR.
International and all other purposes were never validly authorized by the IRS on the basis of an informed application.
Moreover, solicitations and operation in numerous states/foreign countries have been illegal and are far larger than activities of Rep. Corinne Brown, who faces 350 years in prison for operation of a much smaller, questionable "charity".
There are no legally compliant audits for any Clinton year for any period from 23 October 1997 forward as is strrictly required, particularly under NY state law, where the Clinton Foundation and its operatives began fundraising from the start.
Potential Exposures for Alphawood Foundation and Fred Eychaner
I have reviewed Alphawood's disclosures carefully---in general, they are complete and appear compliant.
That said, starting in 2004, Alphawood discloses grants to Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS initiative, Inc. ("Old CHAI") for supposed work fighting HIV/AIDS in China.
This work was never validly authorized by the IRS so it could not lawfully have been performed in China, where infractions of charities are normally punished by meting out draconian punishments.
Moreover, it is quite likely that HIV/AIDS medicines purchased for the China effort may have been sourced from Ranbaxy (or from other questionable generic suppliers) before the FDA had approved any foreign generic manufacturers as suppliers to the US market--it is not entirely clear whether a loophole existed back then for re-export or for distribution abroad.

In 2004, neither Clinton nor Ira Magaziner were trustees or officers of the Clinton Foundation--Magaziner was involved with Old CHAI and appears to have been a contractor to Old CHAI without having made require full disclosures of this conflict.
Prior to 24 March 2004, when Old CHAI was organized in AR, Clinton and Magaziner had actively solictied donations to "fight HIV/AIDS" without having secured required authorizations or making necessary registrations in numerous legal jurisdictions.
The scale of these illegal activities was mammoth:

Keystone pipeline leaked 16,000 gallons of oil in South Dakota field
TransCanada estimated on Thursday that about 16,800 gallons of oil leak in a field in South Dakota from the Keystone I pipeline. The spill, discovered by a farmer over the weekend, led the company to close down the pipeline.
The company reported the estimate to the National Response Center and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Administration which is equivalent to 400 barrels of oil, according to the Associated Press.
There are about 100 workers at the site working around the clock to pinpoint the source of the leak in the pipeline. TransCanada spokesman Mark Cooper reported the revised estimate Thursday morning.
“The volume estimate reported this morning to the National Response Centre (NRC) and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Administration (PHMSA) was based on the safe excavation of soil to expose more than 100 feet of pipe,” Cooper wrote, according to the Angus Leader. “It takes into account a number of factors, including oil observed in the soil and the potential area impacted.”
Elizabeth Lone Eagle, an official intervener for the state of South Dakota, however is worried about the spill’s close proximity to the James and Missouri rivers and worried that the “groundwater contamination is heading to Yankton, Vermillion, Sioux City... all the way down,” according to CommonDreams.
The leak is the fifth in the state for Keystone I, which was approved by the Public Utilities Commission in 2008. DENR’s spill map shows three releases of petroleum in 2010 and one in 2011, one of which took place at the same pump station in 2010, when less than five gallons were released due to a fitting leak, according to the Argus Leader.

TransCanada’s Keystone I pipeline carries light and heavy crude from Hardisty, Alberta to refineries in Illinois and Oklahoma, while passing through the eastern Dakotas, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri. The Keystone I pipeline can handle 550,000 barrels, or about 23 million gallons, daily.
