Fracked gas across Massachusetts?

Kinder Morgan's plans for a new pipeline in Massachusetts couldn't get worse. Not only are they trying to clear cut their way through 45 Massachusetts towns to build this dirty gas pipeline, but new evidence shows that they are working to get you and me to help pay for it!1 Join me and tell Governor Patrick to say no to ratepayer subsidies for new dirty gas pipelines. From Richmond to Montague, from Pepperell to Dracut, hundreds of homeowners are faced with the prospect of having their land taken for this new high pressure, flammable gas pipeline.2 The response from these families? A resounding NO! Just as outrageous, everyone else in the state is being asked to help subsidize this new dirty fossil fuel pipeline. Governor Patrick has signed into law some of the strongest environmental laws in New England. We've made huge progress on expanding clean energy, such as solar and wind, but this is a step in the wrong direction, it's time to push forward for clean renewable energy and conservation.   Will you sign this petition to stop this subsidy that would lock in decades of more dirty energy in New England?
