Nearly seven years into the Obama era, the number of birthers in the Republican base is simply amazing.
But the real punch line is seeing how many GOP voters believe Ted Cruz *was* born in the United States.
Once in a while, it's worth holding Republican voters themselves responsible for getting things horribly wrong. This is one of those times.
