Recently purchased a Canon Camera.
Their WEB SITE is NOT usable and required telephone calls to resolve what should have been easily discerned....
Their WEB SITE is USER UNFRIENDLY!
The camera had a battery charger....requiring the removal of the battery to charge....
how ridiculous is that?
The SD card requires removal because Canon failed to include a USB cable.....not spring loaded so removal of battery first is a must.
Canon's WEB SITE identified the operating system, offered software for download.....
photos won't download because the software doesn't work.....
Pretty MICKEY MOUSE!
