Trump's threat of "military action" in Venezuela — it's all about the oil. The Koch Bros' refinery on the Gulf Coast of Texas is a captive customer. Until the they can get the XL Pipeline to bring in dirty tar oil from Canada, the Venezuelans are charging up to $15 a barrel premium for the heavy crude the Kochs need.
