Urgent Part 2 - Urgent Death Row Dogs shared Adopt NY's photo.

Tonight, Animal Care & Control in NYC has thrown 13 dogs and 14 cats onto its kill list (officially branded as the "At Risk List"). AC&C does not allow the public to see its kill lists, and volunteers have been terminated and rescue groups threatened with expulsion for disseminating them.

It doesn't seem possible that this could be the case in New York City, but that is the way AC&C has always operated: Zero Transparency.

The only place you can see all the condemned dogs and cats tonight is Urgent Part 2 - Urgent Death Row Dogs & Pets on Death Row - Urgent Death Row Cats:
