Another lengthy legalese missive was presented by Toyota U.S.A.'s proxy, Attorney Keith B. Rose.
All very confusing....yet duplicating everything included in previous motions and court actions and legal contortions....
It seems to be in response the my attorney's motion to amend - to include the FCRA violations [Fair Credit Reporting Act] for which Her Nibs [a representative from Attorney Rose's law firm] traveled from Albany, NY to add 4 words [or was it 3?]
4 billable hours to the event in Plymouth....
4 billable hours home....

When Big Corporations protest the cost of litigation....?

All rather amusing instead of correcting their problems and repairing MY car!
[The legal fees surely exceed the value of my NEW car or the value of repairing it.]
