If you are 501-C3 there is no pull fee at this time. With a small staff and facility AC are unable to transport, hold animals for long periods, or have them vetted. If your organization is interested in an animal send your 501 paperwork along with persons allowed to pull and contact information to animal@lancastercountysc.net Their office must be notified before 5 pm on Friday to authorize someone to pull on Saturday. Rescues without a 501-C3 will be required to pay the regular adoption fee of $25.00.

REMEMBER THESE DOGS? Thanks to your networking, they were all saved from euthanasia this past week, most on their very last day. Other good news is that OC Shelter's adoption event last Saturday resulted in 47 more pets finding new homes!

City of Hartford Animal Shelter

Roscoe had his training assessment done and will be heading off to training this Saturday. This training isn't cheap but worthwhile. I'm asking for donations on Roscoe's behalf to offset the costs of his training. Any amount would be greatly appreciated.
